All services are subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion. Service details, scope, and pricing will be confirmed in a written quote prior to commencement.

3. Quotes & Pricing

Quotes submitted through our website are requests for an assessment and do not constitute a binding contract. Final pricing is determined after an on-site evaluation and will be provided in a written estimate. Prices are subject to change without notice until a signed agreement is in place.

4. Appointments & Scheduling

• Scheduling: Appointments are confirmed via email or phone. We will make every reasonable effort to honor scheduled times.
• Cancellations: We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
• Access: You agree to provide reasonable access to the service area on the scheduled date. Failure to provide access may result in forfeiture of the appointment and applicable fees.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when requesting a quote or booking a service
• Ensure the service area is reasonably clear and accessible on the appointment date
• Disclose any known hazards, obstructions, or special conditions at the property prior to service
• Inform us of any existing damage to the turf before service begins

6. Service Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work, but service results vary based on turf condition, pet use, odor severity, drainage, infill, base condition, and existing damage. We do not advertise an odor guarantee.

Any callback or follow-up service is handled according to company policy and the conditions outlined in your service agreement, and does not cover pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, or damage caused by third parties after service is completed.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your written service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed:

• Payment is due upon completion of service for one-time jobs.
• Maintenance plan payments are due on the schedule outlined in the service agreement.
• We accept major credit cards, check, and other payment methods as specified at the time of service.
• Past-due balances may be subject to late fees.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Turf Company, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services or your use of our website. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
